Creativity is about self- EXPRESSION!

Expression is something we ALL have access to, it’s our true self, our playful nature, our curious spirit and the channel through which we can both release emotion and bring our dreams to life.

For me art and movement go hand in hand, they are the places we can express ourselves through the body and give form to the unseen within us .In this workshop we will weave both artistic exploration and playful exercises to shake off the inner stickiness and tap into our own creative POSSIBILITY! 

This Sunday I’m opening the studio doors to invite you into a journey of your own creative self- expression, to dive into the stillness and the chaos, to move with the aliveness of your own body, mind and spirit and find freedom through artistic exploration and play !
