MENTORING JOURNEY - What’s included:
Weekly 1:1 Sessions – 8x 90 minutes of guided artistic and somatic exploration (online or in person).
Personalized Practices – Tailored prompts, creative exercises, and inspiration tools to support your growth.
Creative Resources – Guided meditations, journaling practices, and playful activities to deepen your expression and connection.
Ongoing Support – Encouragement and accountability between sessions via messaging or voice notes.

Each 1:1 session weaves together embodiment, intuitive play, and soulful conversation to nurture your unique journey. We move through 8 core themes, as guiding pillars that we’ll explore at your pace, in the way that serves you best.
